Just looking at my phone, at a glance quite Mississippi Kite like.  But, the
outer primary is the same length, not noticeably shorter like a kite. My
impression is a Peregrine.

Kite
While coming home from a birding trip in Coastal Alabama, we stopped by Craven
House in Chattanooga, TN on 10-04-2015 we had around 100 Broad-wings in a few
kettles, a couple of peregrines, and 2 Bald Eagles fly over along with this
bird. Image was taken by Don Carrier, we believe its a Mississippi Kite. Any
comments would be welcome. Thanks PS these are the only two images….
