[TN-Bird] Postdiluvian Shorebird Habitat???

Haven't been out since last weekend, and that was to TN NWR Duck River Unit. I
understand that it and other Tennessee and Cumberland River NWRs were closed to
vehicles, as of 3 or 4 days ago. Also understand that the marked rise of the
Mississippi prevents shorebirds from using the previously more moderately
flooded fields that have recently been so productive in western Dyer and Lake
Counties, and which I found to be very good about 3 weeks ago. Am eager to see
shorebirds/windbirds in West Tennessee this weekend, but would rather not drive
great distances if there's little to see. Am interested in suggestions!
Thank you.

Sam Harboldt
Jackson, Tennessee Madison County.
