J. Percy Priest Lake- Davidson Co. TN
Nov 14, 2014 9:15 AM - 12:15 PM

I checked a few Priest Lake sites today to see what birds the change in
weather has brought in, best birds for me were: a couple of American Pipits
on the beach at Cook Rec. Area, one adult Bald Eagle from 7 Points, and 21
Com. Loons in the bay at Hamilton Creek. Several rafts of Am. Coots on the
lake, & large flocks of ducks stayed on the move out in the middle of the
lake, seen from 7 Points, one group of aprox. 100 close enough and in good
enough light to ID turned out to be Lesser Scaup.
