I was there from Noon till after 2 and did not see it. There were two other birders there when I left, so maybe it was seen later. Did see 3 White-rumped Sandpipers (along with other peeps) on the old RR bed at the end of the Ivy Trail. That area is presently the closest you can get to mud flats. Further up the road and the mud is much further out.
