[TN-Bird] RFI - Shorebird spots in Dyer/Lake counties?

I'm going to be spending the weekend in the Dyersburg area and was wondering if
anyone could give me tips about good places to find shorebirds around there
(including the other side of the river in Missouri if necessary). I'm
particularly interested in Baird's and Stilt sandpipers since they'd be lifers,
but really, any place where I can work on my sandpiper ID skills would be great.
Two sites I've noticed on eBird are Island 13 and Jolly's Landing. Is there any
way to access Island 13 anymore?
