This is the first during all of this snow/ice spell the last few weeks we
have noticed Red-wing Blackbirds in our yard feeding (Normandy in the open
area near woods) We may have only had one other time, if at all, red-wings
feeding as a yard bird.

Both sexces present along with a few grackles (again, not a norm for our
feeders but not the first time of note!)

Our White-throated Sparrows seemed to have diminished in numbers through
yesterday but have returned in droves today.

Purple finches, American Gpldfinches, Dark-eyed Juncos, Tufted Titmice, No.
Cardinal, Carolina Chickadees, Ca Wrens, Mourning Doves and hopefully our
Towhees will return today (another treat in our woods!)

Woodpeckers include Red-bellied, Downy, and an occasional Yellow-bellied
Sapsucker.

No Brown Creeper observed yet this winter on our feeder log.

Approximately ~1 inch of sleet, cloudy, and ~25 degrees at the time of this
submission in Bedford Cot, TN.
