Stewart/Montgomery County Line

Joe Hall located an immature Roseate Spoonbill this evening just barely over 
the Montgomery county line in Stewart county on Wildcat Creek Rd. This is in 
the southeast corner of Stewart county near the Cumberland River and just 
northeast of Cumberland City. When I arrived I was able to observe the bird for 
just a few minutes and took some poor quality but diagnostic shots before it 
flew off to the east back possibly into Montgomery county. The bird was clearly 
seen and feeding among some Great Egrets. Light pale pink body, whitish head, 
and spoonbill. From Clarksville the bird was in the area where Lylewood Rd ends 
at the county line.
