Blount Co Nov 7, 2014 I just had 56 Rusty Blackbirds on the Alcoa Greenway just west of the red bridge over route 129. They were feeding in leafy puddles at the creeks edge. The trail is accessible from the Alcoa Utilities Board building at the Springbrook Corporate Center on the east side of 129 or from St Ives subdivision on the west side off Hunt Rd.
