Hello,
Yesterday evening (7/31/17), Jonathan and I birded the Boones Creek
Recycling Drop-off <http://ebird.org/ebird/hotspot/L2771601> in Washington
Co. and had a (two?) LOGGERHEAD SHRIKE as well as what we believe to be a
female/immature DICKCISSEL. We didn't get great looks at the Dickcissel and
also have not had much experience with the species, so if anyone has any
doubts about the ID there are some poor photos embedded into the eBird
checklist <https://ebird.org/ebird/ybn/view/checklist/S38420717>. There has
also been larger falcon that has been hanging around the train trestle, but
60 mph roads aren't very sympathetic to distant bird ID. :)

We also had an FOY Blue Grosbeak at the drop-off on Saturday (7/29/17).

For those of you unfamiliar with the recycling drop-off, it is a small
parking lot with dumpsters located next to the JC Power Board. It is
surrounded by meadow on all sides and the Boones Creek runs across the
street. A large colony of Cliff Swallows nest under the bridge.
