[TN-Bird] Sightings Report 15 & 13 April, Peterson Lake Nature Center, Collierville, Shelby Co

Location:     TN 1 Cvll, Peterson Lake Nature Center
Observation date:     4/15/08

Notes:     FOS Indigo Bunting on boardwalk. PetersonLake receded
dramatically with beaver dams gone to hold no water. Mudflats extreme and
Solitary Sandpipers spreadout over the shoreline. Overall slow day lots of
people activity on the boardwalk.

Solitary Sandpiper     7

Barred Owl     1

Belted Kingfisher     1

Red-bellied Woodpecker     3

Pileated Woodpecker     2

Tufted Titmouse     2

Carolina Wren     1

Blue-gray Gnatcatcher     2

European Starling     X

Prothonotary Warbler     2

White-throated Sparrow     2

Northern Cardinal     4

Indigo Bunting     1

Observation date:     4/13/08

Notes:     Overcast leading to rain to send me home real slow day just
dreary.
