Location: TN, Stiles Wastewater Treatment Plant Observation date: 3/24/11 Notes: Out during lunch hour. First trip to the North plant this year. FOS for Black-necked Stilts, Lesser Yellowlegs and the Least Sand Piper. Lots of water on the lagoons, not much dry anything nor vegetation mats. Windy day but no chop on the water. MS River way up next to the plant.
