Knoxville. It is shaping up to be another fun weekend for all. For
information on the events this weekend, from Friday night's reception to
the BOD meeting and banquet Saturday and to the Saturday and Sunday field

Greetings everyone,
This is a reminder of our TOS State Meeting's meet and greet with food and
drink Friday, May 5 at the Mainstay Suites on 144 Merchants Drive,
Knoxville. We will be in the meeting room which is one flight down from the
lobby from 5 to 9 pm.
There will be an opportunity to sign up for the Saturday and Sunday field
trips also.
Motel breakfast starts at 6 am.
The field trip schedule is as follows, with the times carpooling from and
leaving the Mainstay Suites. We may make adjustments Saturday night for the
Sunday trips depending on Saturday's success:
6:30 Seven Islands State Birding Park (Saturday and Sunday)
6:30 Great Smoky Mountains, Sugarlands to Clingman's Dome (Saturday Only)
7:15 Sharp's Ridge (may need a leader for Sunday if enough interest)
7:30 Cove Lake / Cross Mountain (Saturday and Sunday)
You don't need to carpool from the motel, but suggest you meet at 7
Islands between 7-7:15; or Sugarlands Visitor Center in the Smokies at
7:30, Sharp's Ridge at 7:30; or Cove Lake at 8 (the gate doesn't open till
then).
The Business Meeting at Zoo Knoxville prior to the banquet will begin at 2
pm.
Please let me know if you are attending a field trip without carpooling
that we might be expecting you.
