I am trying to put together the sign-in sheet for the 2008 Spring 
Meeting of the TOS Board of Directors next Saturday.  The list of 
directors (see below) may not be current; would you please inform me of 
any updates or changes?

Also, please take a moment to review the draft minutes from the Fall 
2007 BOD Meeting.  They are available for download at
