Just a quick note about the Tennessee's Watchable Wildlife web site. Since Jan
1, 2014, we've had a little over 201,000 different users to the web site!!
That's a LOT of people. Will we get to 250k by the end of the year? Help us
out and share the link below with your friends and family.

As a reminder, we have species accounts for all the regularly occurring birds
in TN, info on identification (incl a sort option by color, species group, etc.
on the Tennessee's Bird page from the overall bird page), bird songs for many
species, numerous photos (most by Tennessee birders, thank you!), and eBird
links, etc. We also have species accounts for all the mammals, reptiles, and
amphibians in the state AND info on over 200 places to see wildlife in the
state and details about them. Plus more. Check it out. It's quite a handy
resource for a lot of things Tennessee!

Note - We are working to update the web page so it is more user-friendly on a
mobile phone. When we launched the page in Jan 2010, smart phones were not
nearly as ubiquitous as they are now and nearly half of the users of the web
site this year viewed it on a phone (and parts of that are not fun right now!).
Hope to have this updated before too long.

ALSO - we will be launching the Tennessee Birding Trails web page in December!
Stay tuned.

Cheers,
Scott Somershoe
