You're forgetting White Pelicans which are considerably larger than the brown
ones. They get lots of them at Reelfoot; in fact they're having a pelican
festival there this year.

Hello bird friends!
Sitting with my 7 year old niece who has asked a question I can't answer with
certainty. What is the biggest bird in tennessee? My guess was whooping crane
for tallest, turkey for heaviest, brown pelican for wingspan? If we can even
count brown pelicans. I know we had some last year but the range map does not
include Tennessee for brown pelicans.
