On my post of last night I had one Lifebird and two Yardbirds and made a comment that i wished this could happen everyday.....Believe it or not the same thing happened today!!! My Lifebird was a briefly seen House Wren at the Hermitage Memorial Gardens in Hermitage, TN. My two Yardbirds seen 1/2 mile south of The Hermitage in Hermitage, TN were a Red-winged blackbird seen singing in a willow tree, and an Eastern Bluebird heard calling in my backyard. Both of these species were also present at the Hermitage Memorial Gardens on Shutes Ln. in Hermitage, TN. The total list of birds accounted for are : Turkey Vulture 2 Killdeer 1- Hermitage Memorial Gardens Mourning Dove 4 Chimney Swift 8 American Crow 2 Barn Swallow 8 House Wren 1- Hermitage Memorial Gardens- Lifebird! Eastern Bluebird 4- 1 Yardbird, 3- Hermitage Memorial Gardens. American Robin 15 Northern Mockingbird 5 European Starling 50 Song Sparrow 1 Northern Cardinal 6 Red-winged Blackbird 2- 1 Yardbird, 1 Hermitage Memorial gardens Common Grackle 60 House Finch 6 American Goldfinch 2- Hermitage Memorial Gardens House Sparrow 30 Number of Species: 18 Now, I wonder if the third time's the charm?
