The bird was seen on a University of Tennessee farm across the river from Ijams
Park. It was seen by 3 individuals doing a bird survey for UT. This is a
restricted access property. I've talked to the manager to see if we can get
any access but it appears unlikely. There are young calves in the field and
they don't like them to be disturbed.
The field the bird was seen in is too far from the public road to have any
chance of hearing the bird if it were to call
