Correction. Just got a text that the Virginia's was seen today along the
railroad tracks across the road from the greenbelt at
36.551803,-82.585763
That's all I know at the moment.

As of 10:30, there had been no sightings of the Virginia's Warbler in
Kingsport, TN. Overall bird activity was much reduced. Even Yellow-
rumps were in low numbers compared to the last 3 days. A Palm &
an Orange-crown were the only other warblers that had been seen
today when I departed at 10:30.
