Haw Ridge, nr Oak Ridge, Anderson TN. 16th Sept, ~19:10A count of 65 raptors low over Haw Ridge, my best guess is Black Vulture - no optics & little experience, was an impressive sight. Many seemed to land to roost on power line pylons / towers between the greenway and Edgemoor Rd.
