I had a Blackburnian warbler -- actually, a male and a female -- in my back yard (very wooded) in West Knoxville yesterday.  Also watched a Black & White warbler and then a female Red Breasted Grosbeak.  Sure was hoping to see the male RBGR, but I never spotted him.  He's been around for about a week, I understand from my roommate.
