[TN-Bird] Wears Cove Foothills Parkway wetland

For the IMBD, we birded a wetland at the intersection of the Foothills
Parkway and 321. This area is a natural wetland but has been enlarged
by an impressive beaver dam.
Here's the list of birds we saw there:
