10-14-09 Radnor Lake Davidson Co. An enjoyable time was had by all six of us that braved the misting weather this morning. While taking a break from the dampness, we spent some time under the covered porch of the ranger's house, watching several species of warblers busy foraging right in front of us. Further along the Lake Trail we ran into a flock of 8-10 Bay-breasted Warblers that were very confiding and difficult to count. There will be one more Wednesday Walk this fall, October 21, and we'll meet in front of the Radnor Lake Visitor Center at 7:30. All are welcome. Here's a list from today.
