The White-throated Sparrow that keeps appearing in my yard made another
visit to my feeder today. I hadn't seen it since July 2, so was surprised
just now to find it again. It still has not made any calls or songs while
in my yard.
And while the Ruby-throated Hummingbirds are starting their migration
south, a female at Radnor Lake has just finished her nest overhanging the
lake along the road, and is now sitting on it.
