[TN-Bird] White-winged Scoter at Louisville Point Park, Blount County

The White-winged scoter was easily seen about 11 AM this morning from
Louisville Point Park looking toward the marina. It was swimming close to the
island and channel markers.
There were between 2-3,000 Ring-billed gulls on the sand bar out from the
launch ramp, in the water and flying about. One immature Herring gull was seen
among the other gulls.
