[TN-Bird] Re: bird cards

TOS produced bird cards at some point in the past. I have a dozen or so in my
office. They basically say what Harold said but also has the TOS logo. I do
not know the original source of the cards, who made them, when they were done,
etc.
We could approach the Board of Directors of TOS about the cards and thoughts on
an updated version.
