[TN-Bird] eBird glitch -- Scarlet Tanagers

Since many of you are regular eBird users:

A glitch has messed up the eBird screening filters for Scarlet Tanagers (no, not my fault or that of any of the other Tennessee eBird editors, it was a global boo-boo). It should be fixed fairly soon, but for now you will NOT see Scarlet Tanagers on the list of "common" species. You will need to hit the "rare" species button to show them, and all reports will be flagged for confirmation no matter how common the bird actually is. Sorry for the inconvenience, and it should be fixed soon.
