Gill and All-
The information will appear on the website but in the meantime you (and
other Toronto-CBM readers) have the following options-
At a TPUG meeting purchase the CD for $20.00 (Cdn) plus 8% PST.
It is available by mail for $20.00 (Cdn) plus 8% PST (for Ontario shipment).
For shipment in the GTA area, postage charge is $1.50 (first class mail
in padded envelope) - shipment elsewhere - please check.
Payment can be made by Paypal to "chorny@xxxxxxxxxxxx"
(if using Paypal add 3.65% to the total price)
Payment can also be made by cheque or postal money order (the pink one
if from the USA) mailed to -
Toronto PET Users Group
258 Lake Promenade
Toronto, Ontario
M8W 1B3
The payment info is as currently on the TPUG website.
If something is not clear or is not covered please advise.
