[torontocbm] Commodore 64 1983 250407 board

Hi all

                I am working on a Commodore 64 breadboard with system board 
250407. The computer turns on and sends some kind of signal to my monitor but 
it is a black screen. The monitor acknowledges a signal whenever you power on 
and off the system. I checked all chips and they are working fine on another 
system that has no issues. I even re-socketed the ram chips and all are 
working. 

 

I read on the net that it could be the MOS 7707 chip. I already re-socketed 
that chip but I do not have another to test on the system.

 

Does anyone have spare chips?

 

I have another system with MOS 8701 chip not working
