I kinda figured you're near the GTA since you posted this on Torontocbm ;-)
But some people might be happy to look at or pick up your computer if it's a
few km away but not if it's an hour's drive, so a little more detail might
increase your chances... ;-)

Hello there. I was told I could email this email to get some help with a
PET I aquired a few weeks ago.
This PET I got can turn on, and make a small hum, but the screen does not
show anything and the chirp chirp noises I should be hearing I don't hear. I
had someone online help me a bit but was told I don't have the tools to really
dive I to it 100%. Being that this is kind of my first dive into this world ya,
I was very much not prepaired.
Do you guys do repairs or know where I can get repairs? I really want to
get this going and it kinda sucks its just collecting dust almost not working
at all.
