I think your best bet is to use something with a wiki interface, so the HTML is
done for you. I’d recommend WordPress. It’s a blog solution, but if you need it
to look like a site and not a blog, I think they can do that. It’s free to
start, but I think they have paid versions. https://wordpress.com/pricing/ ;
<https://wordpress.com/pricing/> Learning HTML from scratch is a chore. Using
it doubly so. Keeping it all straight is another chore. The wiki interface
makes things easier.
