Very excited, I had to hook it up in my office at work. It's in great shape, and very clean. Ernie was awesome and so was Joe. I've ordered a 64K video upgrade for it and a megabit ROM with lots of goodies for it. I also ordered one of the Commodore XE1541 + XM1541 Adapter PC 1541 64 128 thingies... To transfer some disk images over to floppy... I also bought an eprom programmer, a uv eraser thing And two cartridge boards... (with plastic cases) I cannot wait to get home and play with it. Now all I need is some talent to put it all together... I think I will try and develop a Game Show system for my wife to use in school. Hook up the projector to the C64 (not my precious 128) and use the user port To control 4 player boxes I have previous built (using an atmega as the main brain) I hope I get further this time... (so does she I bet...) in any case, there you have it... On another note: When I was in highschool ( or middle school, in etobicoke ) I had a friend Named David Harrison, a very nice guy with a commodore 64, he loved that Thing and always went on and on about it... I had my apple ][ plus clone, And was always envious... in any case, I was wondering if he was still part of the Community, if anyone knows him or remembers him? :)
