Ok.. if I understand the question here are some suggestions.

1. If you want to generate sounds on a real C64 you can try something like
"Rock Monitor" or any other C64 Tracker utilities.

2. You can use SidPlayer for Windows/Mac and load up SID music from the "High
Voltage Sid Collection" and you can output them into waves.

3. There are also several Free and Commercial C64 VST's that come with presets
and will allow you to make your own sounds. hope this helps.

Subject: [torontocbm] SID effects code repository?
From: ppridham@xxxxxxxxx

Hey all,
Does anyone know if there's some sort of repository for SID sound effects and
instruments? I want to try to reproduce a bunch of the classic sounds in my own
synth project, but don't really know where to find various SID instrument/sound
setups (other than me just earballing it).

Any ideas?
Thanks,Paul
