[torontocbm] Smooth Scrolling

Hi Everyone;
So, I've been messing around with assembly language and have a little demo that
plays a tune and scrolls text, however, I have a bit of a problem - I want
smooth scrolling on one or two lines only, if I have smooth scrolling on now,
it scrolls the entire screen which messes with the fixed text in the demo.
Is there an easy way to control which raster lines scroll and which ones don't?
