Leif,I remember those days was around 1987 I did manage to get a spartan from a store across the street (its long gone) that picked up some surplus spartans. Unfortunately I no longer have mine as the power supply went bad. Above all is a good one I'd forgotten they do get some useful commodore items from time to time.

A few years ago, Active had a few dozen boxed copies of the VIC-20 game "In the Chips" for $1.99. And apparently a decade ago, they had quite a few Spartan boards which were bought up (and then chopped up!) ;-) Another good source of older stuff is "Above All Electronic Surplus" at Bathurst+Bloor. They used to have 5 1/4" DSDD disks, even some 1702s. Haven't been there in a long while myself. 602 Bloor Street West Toronto, ON M6G 1K4 (416) 588-8119 -Leif On Thu, Apr 30, 2009 at 11:17 AM, Brian Lyons <brian@xxxxxxxxxxx> wrote:I have dropped into Active about a half dozen times over the past year or so. I have never seen any C64 stuff there.
