[torontocbm] VIC stuff needs a home.

Hi everyone,

I've got 3 Vic programs that still need a home.
In the Chips
Choplifter
Both are on cart from creative software.
Pixel Power (needs 8k or 16k)
character set editor, loads from tape.

I can bring these to the meeting if anyone wants them.  I don't have a vic to 
run them myself.
