[Va-bird] 3 Merganser day- Amherst Lakes

Hello,
  I went to the Amherst lakes this morning 3-15-11. The WW Scoter is still
at MCL. While I was scanning the lake I saw a male Common Merganser
all by himself. I also saw Hooded Mergansers. There is a DC Cormorant
too. I then went to see what was at Thrashers Lake. I saw 9 RB Mergansers
(3 males and 6 females).
