Greetings,
Yesterday's (9/24) post by Donald Sweig was an incentive for us to visit
Riverbend Park (Fairfax County) this morning. It was a bit foggy at 7:30, but
the morning quickly cleared up. The area near the west end of the meadow (with
an "unusual" pattern of mowing) was especially active. Lots of Eastern
Phoebe's, Eastern Bluebirds, Chipping Sparrows, along with Nashville and
Magnolia Warblers.
