We birded around the James River Bridge, Jennings Creek Road, North Creek
Road and Solitude this morning for about three hours. Sorry to say, we did
not hear a single Louisiana Waterthrush. We did, however, have five female
turkeys fly over the road answering the male's call just past Solitude
Swamp before crossing the second bridge on Solitude Road.
