Nine birders came for the December monthly bird walk at Banshee Reeks Nature
Preserve in Loudoun County. The walk is sponsored by Loudoun Wildlife
Conservancy and the Friends of Banshee Reeks and held on the second Saturday of
every month. The day started of cloudy before becoming unseasonably warm.
The real highlight was seeing a mink at close range on Goose Creek
