Just a few minutes ago a Barn Owl flew over the intersection of Monroe Avenue
and Harbor Avenue, calling (screaming). This is the first time I've had one
in town, other than a feather this summer along the trail at Bay Creek.
Great Horned Owls are courting and calling all over, including in town on
Tazewell and Pine Streets tonight.
