[VA-bird] Belted Kingfisher behavior: Falls Church Condo Lake

Hi all:
A kingfisher made about 7 angled strikes from about 10 feet high, near the edge
of land.Interestingly, it rattled vociferously after every strike. All 7
strikes totalled about 3 minutes.
