[Va-bird] Bird ID needed by rehabber - SCARLET TANAGER!

I wanted to thank all of the birders who responded to my request for a positive 
ID on the bird pictured in my previous post.  The overwhelming consensus of 
opinion from you all was SCARLET TANAGER - female.

Thanks again so much for weighing in on this so quickly!  I really appreciate 
the help since I have to provide annual reports to the State and the USFWS and 
I want to make sure my reports are accurate as to species.
