Five Black Scoters were discovered by Warren Rofe early yesterday morning
near the dam at Briery Creek Lake. It appears to be two males and three
females. They were still present around noon when I saw them. Two of the
female birds were reported again this morning by Amanda Dymacek. This is a
great Piedmont record.
