[Va-bird] Black Tern at Occoquan Bay National Wildlife Refuge

As part of the Wednesday morning census at OBNWR our group of 14 found a
Black Tern among the Caspian and Forster's Terns on the sandbank along
Belmont Bay near the island [south side of the park]
