[Va-bird] Black-billed Cuckoo at Dyke Marsh

Just seen from Big Gut Bridge.  Flew over bridge and I noticed no rufous in 
wings.  Closer inspection revealed obvious red eye ring and of course black 
bill.  Nice find while doing a survey route for the breeding bird survey 
beginning next weekend.
