[VA-bird] Black-headed Gull at Gravelly Point

I haven’t seen it yet, but another birder has reported that the juvenile/1st 
basic Black-headed Gull that was found on Friday along the Georgetown 
waterfront was resting in the parking area of Gravelly Point now (shortly after 
noon on Sunday).  That puts it squarely in Arlington.
