Drove out to Blandy farm today and was rewarded with several beautiful
Red-breasted nuthatches at the feeder, as well as a Yellow-bellied
sapsucker on a nearby tree. Reported to me, but not seen by me, were
several Pine Siskins at the same feeder. Then went over to Sky
Meadows. Stopped three times at the pond looking for the Shrike. No
luck! But, had a glorious 4-mile walk up the mountain in the glorious
afternoon. Well worth the trip.
