[Va-bird] CBBT King Eiders and Razorbill

There were two female King Eiders off of Island 1 at around 1:45 this afternoon 
(3/17). I also spotted a single Razorbill near Island 3. Saw the Black-tailed 
Godwit at Chincoteague, but for the life of me I could not find the Eurasian 
Wigeon.
