Weather:
Light to moderate SW winds switched to W/NW in the afternoon.  Overcast
skies that started to clear in first two hours, but, closed in again with
distant showers to the west and north.  Clouds finally moved east in the
last two hours, becoming mostly sunny in the final hour.  Temperatures
started at 72 F/22 C and slowly increased to 82 F/28 C by the end of the
watch.

Raptor Observations:
Trickle of Broad-winged Hawks until the skies finally cleared making way
for a big push of 208 birds in the last hour with many birds streaming
right overhead.  Nice flight of Bald Eagles, all singles, with 10 adults
(9:55, 10:01, 10:45, 11:10, 2:20, 2:40, 2:50, and 2:52 EST) and two
immatures (10:17 and 10:58 EST).  Close looks at Ospreys (7), and American
Kestrels (8).  Northern Harrier crossed the mountain from NW to SE in 3:00
hour. 

Non-raptor Observations:
Local Red-tailed Hawks seen hunting, Common Ravens, many Chimney Swifts,
Ruby-throated Hummingbirds, Monarchs.
