I went to Veteran's Park Sunday afternoon. There didn't appear to be
much happening until I walked back to the car. At the pond, next to the
tennis courts was one cattle egret. It was as pretty as it is in
pictures. I'm sure the egret is still there. If you don't see it right
away, it might be hiding in the brush. Enjoy.
